Good afternoon .

my daughter has taken her 2 year old son and ran away from the home she shared with her partner and the father of the child for the past 3 years. they were emotionally abused and forced to live like prisoners, she has managed to get out and catch a bus and is on her way to live with me. Please can you tell me what rights the father has in a case like this. we are terrified of these people and I need to know how I can protect my daughter and my grandson from them.
