Hi. My mother died when I was six years old, my father never contributed to my upbringing. I grew up living with my grandma who died in 2013 when i was 16.l received child welfare grant until I was 21 years of age , now I am 23 so I wanted to know whether it is possible to sue my father for maintenance or if maybe the court can get him to pay for my tuition fees since I dropped out of varsity because of financial difficulty
