Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Gauteng

We brought a vehicle by NTT Nissan, the F&I provided misleading information and did not disclose a number of things, thus we signed the contract documents based on her verbal advisement.

when we recieved the contract document, we noted that they have add a bunch of optional products which we did not consent to and which was not part of the advertised price, but because we signed the documents, they are standing behinded the signed documents.

we also noticed a number of mistakes, inconsistances and incorrect information filled in by the F&I consultant on her own accord.

we have requested that they provided us proof of some of the products they have charged us which they have not done, even after numerous requests.

we have tried number of other institutions, providing them with all the infomation, only to be dissappointed.

please may you kindly advise if you would be able to assist and what would be the cost?

I can provide addition information if needed which I have not at the moment as there is a lot and I want to know if there is a way forward first.
