Hi, can I please get advise I am confused and not sure what to do. My husband and I separated last month after two months of marriage due to his cheating and abusing ways. We had been living to getehr in a house that he bought himself for two years and 9 months before we got married. I am going to fill in for divorce and I would like to know if I am antitled to claim half of his house and car that he bought before marriage and if not what are the assets that a person can claim for. Is it possible to also lay down a case against him for the emotional abuse that drove me to depression. Please advise we have a two year old chuld together and is it possible to claim that I must full parental right for my child aand ask for him to just pasy support but not have a relationship with my child.
