Hi,
Person A and B are married in COP.
Person A took out a personal loan without Person B's knowledge, consent or signature.
Person A have been retrenched and they are struggling financially.
Was it necessary for Person B to sign a consent form to the loan as well because of COP, and if so could this be seen as irresponsible lending?
Do they have a foot to stand on or can Person B's belongings also be repossessed?
