Question : i am from a company that retails airtime and electricity vending machine.

i would like to approach gas stations (shell, engin, bp etc) . my question , if these gas stations have an owner that leased the site can the person whom is leasing make the decision as to allow our vending machine to be at the site or is it up to the original owner to be approached??
