Hi, My husband and I have signed an offer to purchase a house in August 2013
We have paid a deposit and transfer duty costs. The seller is unable to obtain an entomologist certificate as the house is semi detsched and the neighbour who is requested to do so will not. The conveyencer of the seller is not being clear as to how long is deemed a reasonable amount of time to pass in which the seller hss to release us from the contract as the fault is on her side. The conveyencers answer to me was 'HOW LONG IS A PIECE OF STRING'.
We need help to be released from the deal and to retrieve our monies paid in thus far.
