Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
Tenant broke the lease and is disputing that they have to pay a penalty, as per the terms of the lease agreement. what recourse do I have to makem pay, as I accrued expenses when my property stood empty.

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.
You will need to either issue a summons out of the small claims court, or the magistrates court, or you will need to lodge a dispute with the Rental Housing Tribunal and ask them to hear your dispute.
