Good day,

I would like advise on the following.

Last year I was blamed for something I know nothing off but was seen by 2 detectives.

I was accused for kid napping a person on 3 occations

I was also accused for threatening people.

They say they have evedince but till today I have not been locked up or been contacted again regarding this.

I was screamed at infront of previous mployees I am not go home until the police came and locked me up, I went home without the police seeing me that day.

I would like to know can I make a case of defamation of character?

This has all happened when my husband had an affair nd the lady who was my boss at that stage started all off this when I stoped talking to her.
