Good day.

I need family law help. Specifically assistance with either terminating the parental rights and responsibilities of my son's biological father.

Although I've tried to massage his ego, he's failed to be a father. I now need his Certified ID so I can apply for my son's unabridged birth certificate and the father is giving me the run around.

My son is 12yrs old, he's seen his father up to 6-8 times in his entire life despite my begging his father to come visit our son.

He bought him clothes 4 times max. Doesn't contribute financially at all, instead he asks me for money.
