Question posted in the General Law category relating to Eastern Cape
Well I am 16 and want to start an e-commerce business like dropshipping amongst other things. I read online and watched videos where by people who are around the same age as me were help by a guardian or parents to register the business and did it on their behalf (USA). So would the same thing apply this side or would it be illegal. Keep in mind that I will be supervised and have all my movements closely monitored. I've done extensive research on e-commerce and hope I can start a business soon.
