Question posted in the General Law category relating to Western Cape
I had a dispute regarding pay and transportation - where my employers said they would pay and then denied it, i didnt let the matter go and got them to pay me back, however now my shifts are not regular, the times are different and i have been excluded from all meetings where previously i was involved. 90% of my emails and messages go unanswered where they previously were. Is this unfair work place behaviour as i am starting to feel isolated and shoved to the side, where previously i would always get asked for assistance.
