When i met my husband in 2010 he had a lot of debt due to loans, which he managed to pay off but he is constantly making more debt. One to two years ago we had a major fight regarding the same problem and I told him if this doesn't change if he take takes one more loan without my knowledge our marriage will end in divorce. Yesterday a financial insitution contacted me (i was listed as an alternative contact) in regards to a loan he took. I am at my witts end with this matter, he agreed to giving me a divorce but in all honesty i do not want to take that route, i do love him. Is there a contract I can get drawn up stating that he is not allowed to make any debt without my concent and that I need full access to his banking history?
