My in lsws have sent my husband by whom ive been married to under customary islamic marriage for 17 yrs into an illegal rehab centre in johannesburg for 3 months.due to long-standing religious discrimination issues they have instructed the rehab to deny me access to my husband. I've made a protection order but the court ruled for a notice to show cause which hearing date is after my husband instead of an inrerim order.
I need advice on how to get Immediate access to my husband please. The illegal rehab give allow their in patients 1 phone e call an 1 visit per week.
I'm desperate and dunno wat to do please can u help
