Good morning i was issued summons by a bank but i was on and still am under debt review .the reason behind the summons is that the previous debt councillor was not paying for the debt arranangement and when i found out i went to another debt councillor and i thought the matter was resolved but after 5 months of dilligent payments i get summons from standard bank that dont want to accept the new debt review from my new debt councillor i am currently still paying towards all my debt on a revised term standars bank has been getting paid every month but still insist the amount is to less
