Bought a house since I had no where to stay with my kids, now theh are 3. Their father joined us as he said it was not safe for us to stay alone at a new developed place. 8 years later he paid lobola for me, 4 years later after I struggled with his infidelity, emotional and mental abuse. U want put from this relationship, we had not signed nor did any traditional ceremonies from the lobola he paid. He has never contributed towards my bond and rent money since we moved in 10 years ago. Does this mean he is entitled to half of my property?
