Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
Good day,
I purchased a Sansui 40 inch TV on black Friday from HIFI Corp for R3500. After a week it was faulty and they replaced me for a new one. A few weeks passed and the second TV gives me issues. The technician came through and advised factory fault and they replaced me for a new TV again. TV was replaced. And now my third TV after 1 year 7 months it started giving me issues. HIFI Corp send through a Technician and he advised that it is a factory fault and should be replaced. The store does not deal with Sansui anymore and insist I take the R3500 refund put more and purchase another TV. However I also insisted that I do not want a refund and would like my 50 inch TV replaced. What do I do? Please advise.
Thanks it is much appreciated.
