To whom it may concern, I am living next...

Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Gauteng

To whom it may concern,

I am living next door to a board of trustee. She has been taking pictures of my patio area as she stated that we are not allowed to dry our washing there. I had no idea as everyone else in the complex has been doing it. She has also taken pictures of my son's bedroom as his window is where the patio area is. I am concerned as his curtains are always open and this is his private space. I have requested these pictures from the landloard but they refuse to send it to me. I would like to know if I am within my right to ask for these as they have violated the privacy act. Please let me know what I can do? I also feel like she is singing me out as the other neighbour hangs her washing on her patio.

Many thanks,

Jaleelah Felix
