To whom it may concern and can give me atvice:

We booked at airbb .com for a month stay in a studio. The studio was not available for the first 3 days on arrival. They said they will give us another room for 3 days then upgrade us to a better appatment . My mum travelled with me and wanted to stay for 4 nights with me at alternative cost R400 a night.

On arrival they told us that my mum can stay for free for the 4 nights but I need to move out on the end of the month and stay in a small room for 7 days of the rental ? So in total 10 days of the month I need to stay in a single room. I will never stay in the studio room I actually booked for the month! how do I get my money back??

They actually did not keep their side of the contract and told me that the actual studio was not actually available and try to get more guest and move me around only telling me the full truth on arrival.

What is my situation to get out on this because they already have my mone??

Thanks
