Question posted in the Property Law category relating to Gauteng
We havbe a family house that was left by my grandmother to my aunt, brother and cousin. Myb uncle stayed in that house with his girlfriend for about 10 years. My uncle later passed on and left the girlfriend with the house. conflicts started to emerge between my late uncle's girffriend and the family. It was then decied that she should be evicted from the house. How do we legally proceed in order to ensure that the eviction process is executed succesfully. The title deep is available.
