Question posted in the Property Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
Good day
We are 3 people who have a joint lease contract of 12 Months and expiring on 31 May 2024.
One of the occupants moved out of the property and promised to pay his part as me and my husband had to move into a bigger and more expensive property with the 3rd person due to the 3rd person requesting our help as he met someone online and want her to move in. Now he has not paid since end of December. How do I claim the amount from him. He owes R9 866.66
