good day

I borrowed a co worker R20 000 with an agreement that he will pay back over six months with an interest rate of 30%. However he made an arrange ment to pay R2000 but he pays 2 or 3 months then he skip payment. He still owes me R36000 but im struggling to get it from him. He is under debt review thats why he didnt get a loan and he asked me to help. What are my options to get my money?
