Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
In February. I thought that i had met the love of my life. Found out in a few days that she wasn't working. She was looking for a Job and had no means like a phone a pc to do that. I bought a phone so that she could use until she's back on her feet. She gave me her word that would give it back month end. 3 months down the line she left me without hassle. I'm trying to get the phone back. I called her to ask for the phone her response was that i should leave her alone. What can i do? I have the proof of payment. She has been using it for 2 months now. I never used it.
