Good day

I have a problem,the father of my two teens is not supporting them. I live with them. He is working and forever not having money when comes to kids. They even dont bother him. I am getting married to the father of my third unborn baby. This is going to take strain on me as I have been taking care of everything my teen girls needed from all times
.

How can I make him pay supporting,or may the kids go to court on their own to ask for assistance for mantainace from their father.
