Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Eastern Cape

Hi there

I have a tenent that I gave notice to at the end of July, that end of August I would like her to leave as she was behind on her rent by 3 months, she agreed and moved out end of August but left some stuff behind. am I legally allowed to throgh that stuff out onto the street? (its a bed and side table)
