Question posted in the Family Law category relating to Gauteng

My parents were married in community of property. My mother passed away approximately eight years ago. My father passed away in August 2015. My father's will stated that all proceeds of the will must be divided equally between myself and my sister. There wasn't much in the will regarding finances. We are still waiting for the final amount of approximately R 30'000-00 to be divided between us. However, my sister has claimed all the moveable assets and did not declare any of these to the administrator of the will and she refuses point-blank to share any of the assets. Me and my wife are renting a room in her basement and we store our food in my father's fridge (that she keeps in her spare room) and she now locks the door to stop us from getting to our food. She also keeps some of our property locked up in one of her spare rooms. She hasn't worked a day in over 30 years. She has survived on the proceeds from the estates of four relatives. Me and my wife are currently battling many health problems and we have to survive on one dissabilty pension and she controls us by locking our food away.
