Good day I am Mrs. Battis in cape Town... My water was disconnected.. We paid but not as agreed.. according to law they must give you 14days notice to say the council going to disconnect your water... I came home at 15h30 and my water was already cutted off.. I looked in the letter box and I found a disconnection letter in the box... No water at all in my taps... 14days notice must be given before they can cut the water... No notice was given they just switched it off

Mrs Battis
