Hi my name is Ndou Shelton I stay in musina. So one day I received a message from cellc saying that they could offer me a phone which is Samsung a25 .they was a code that I followed and they called me, they i gave them the information they needed.after that they call and send me to another consultant who took my information again and told me to accept the mandate for the phone contract. I did accepted and it is from a company called maxlaw.so didn't got the phone, so i  tried calling the company several times buh it always hang up every five minutes and the cellc people are saying that they don't know them . I did research about maxlaw and found out that it is a legal company that helps people with loans ..so I need help on how to cancel this mandate because even their customer service number doesn't work which 0872300200
