Good morning. I am the sole care given for my 18 year old son. We've had a child maintenance order in place since 2018. He is currently in arrears. I applied for the arrear payments in March and was given a date to appear (12/06/24) However, 2 months later, I received a call from court informing me that the sheriff was unable to deliver a summons to the father. I subsequently went back the following day and was told that the onus is on me to get his latest particulars. This morning,  I received a sms from DOJ regarding a maintenance directive 001551/2018/501.
