Hi please advise : I am an estate manager at a complex we have this one resident or should i say proxy and poa of his mothers flat. He is constantly following me taking photos when i work. He is also made it his mission to report my employers for not setting up a petition to have me fired when he and one or 2 of his friends are the persons wanting a petition he has even reported my employer for not doing this at the CSOS he doesnt stop there he is now nitpicking and looking for other ways to get me fired this has become so bad that I fear walking around at the estate to do inspections etc. that my health has been deteriorating he lives in the estate in his mothers unit what is my rights and how do i go about it as this is starting to feel like harrasment. Please help this is urgent as i am starting to feel that i need to find another job.
