Hi,
My sister has a problem with her ex finace.
They lived together for approx 8 years, during which course they had a child.
About 2 years ago they seperated.
No legal processes were followed to enforce monthly maintenance or other contirbutions, they worked things out in a non official manner up until now.
He is threatening to discontinue all contributions to school fees, rental etc.
This has come about becuase my sister has moved on with her life and found a new partner.
What options are available her? Can he do this?
