Hi!

My boss has a smallholding in Joostenbergvlakte. They gave me permission to do the rent and invoicing of the tenants. We also have a contract that a agency's lawyers put together for us. Now we have tenants there that has all the excuses not to pay. They say that im not allowed to do the renting and i need to have a letter from the owners. The owners gave me verbally permission. They also say that our contract is not legal even though its done by a agencys lawyers. They dont want to pay rent, electricity and water. What can we do?
