Good Day
I moved into a house in a secure complex with an established tenant/housemate who had the lease in her name.
Our payment agreement was that i pay an upfront deposit of one month's rent, and monthly rent of R3750 each.
However i did not sign a lease agreemement.
Due to her dificulties and internal conflict i would like to move out now. what are the nessacry steps for me to take to ensure i get my deposit back as soon as possible to someone who will maliciously try and prolong that process?
