Hi, I've been served with an Ex Parte evicting us from a company premises after notices of suspension were received from the director/shareholder of the company after he was appointed on 29 September 2023. I am one of 2 directors of the company and learned afterwards that he fraudulently removed the 2 directors and appointed himself in order to get the Ex Parte Order from the court. We have subsequently been reinstated on 31 October 2023 as directors after highlighting the fraud documents The Intellectual and Property Commission of South Africa used to effect the change. The only thing preventing us from returning to the business is the Ex Parte Order and he continues to run the business. How do we get the Ex Parte overturned?
