Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng
My Name is Phankha Sakoane.
Good morning! I will like to ask for your legal opinion on the following matter. Last Monday I drove to the toll gate in Grasmere and the light of the gate was green and immediate when I approach the gate the operator close the gate and I hit the pole. When I asked her why she closes the gate she could answer me. So I had to pay for the travelling fees of R 10,50. I asked what next she said I can go, which I did. But now I feel like I did not do the right this by not reporting the matter.
What can I do in this matter?
