Question posted in the National Credit Act Law category relating to Free State

i have a company that has been deducting money from my salary for a very long time,i tried to finf out the reasons for this continued deductions but i do not get clear answerts.i owed university of kzn fees amounting to R4500 when i first registered with them,they took the account to debt collectors and i have been payiung since,now i called the university asking them the amount i owe them it is still huge i do not know what is happening and no one is explaining .the university called me saying that i should settle the same account so i asked them about the debt collectors who are collecting money from my account for them,they have since said they will come back to me but they have not come to me.i need advice on how to deal with this.
