Hi, I am sure you could assist me, I sold my truck to someone as non runner after advertising it on gumtree for R160K. The buyer requested that I give a discount then we reached a verbal agreement and should remove from the truck from the mechanic who I requested to sell it on my behalf and I did that he then came to collect the truck paid R 110K and promised to the rest later at the end of the month. He disappeared and never paid my R30K at until to date. I don't know if I can open a case for theft and fraud please notice that I had this non runner on dealer stock with my previous landlord.
