Question posted in the General Law category relating to KwaZulu-Natal
Good Day
I am currently an administrative clerk at SAPS phoenix Detective
I am currently off sick. Due to PTSD
I unwent a spine operation on 24 November 2022. I gave not recovered from then. I have difficulty walking. N standing n sitting for more than 1 hour. My Doctor advised that I have nerve compression
Now my employer wants me to return to work on the 19 August or they will stop my salary
Or submit a representative as to why they should not stop my salary
Due to the letter being handed to me today. I xsn only get an appointment with my orthopedic on the 23 September 2024.
Kindly advice my way forward
