Question posted in the Consumer Protection Law category relating to Western Cape
<p>We have a customer that wants to cancel his purchase. On the 23rd we demonstrated, sold, cudtmer signed orderform for cash option and we delivered. Payment was made on the 25th. On the 29th customer whats append the rep to cancel ( were not aware ) and on the 30th emailed the company to cancel. Is this customer still within its cancellation period. We know they have 5 working days to cancel. However from date of purchase which was the 23rd October 2019 he only made contact with the company on the 30th October 2019. What are our rights as the supplier.</p>
