Dear Sir, Madam,
I have separated from my husband. We were married in ANC.
I purchased a vehicle for his use as he was unable to get any credit. The car is registered to me as the owner, Standard Bank as the Title Holder. He pays the installement to me every month (ususally late). I pay the insurance
He is refusing to give the car back to me. What can I do
He is himself an attorney and is threatening me with Fraud if I go to the police and tell them that the car is stolen and the he will issue a spoliation order to get the car back.
Initially, I asked him for an agreement regarding the vehicle but he has come up with nothing, I then asked him to tak over the finance to which I have had no response.
What can I do without incurring huge costs as he, being an attorney can keep this going forever!!
