Good day,
I'm in one huge pickle at the moment and don't know which way to turn. First of all I'm 56 and unemployed. I have been living with my mother for the past twenty two months now. She is almost 85 and is suffering from dementia. Without discussing it with me or letting me know where my mother is, my sister has committed her to an old age home. Now my sister has put my mother's flat up ffor sale and just sent me a Facebook message to say that I must cooperate with the property agent should she bring clients to view the flat. In my mother's last will and testament (of which I have a copy) she has left half the flat to me and half to my sister. My sister now says that my mother needs the money and that I must vacate the flat ah after its been sold. I have no income, no pension and don't know where to go or what to do.
