I want to sue my insurance company.. I have a total loss agreement letter from them stating the amount they are going to pay me for my motor vehicle claim.. Now they don't want to pay saying that the 'Registered Owner' which is GC Commercial ( a partnership agreement at bank with myself and partner at bank with account details with the name GC Commercial ) which has been explained to them and a letter from the bank proving this, The vehicle is fully insured and is listed for private use..
I need help as the company is not resolving this issue and i have been without the car for 2 months now..

Can someone help me please ?
