Hi my name is Madelein Liebowitz I have problems with my landlord. We paid her on the 31 Jan 2015 at around 22h00 she were still up. We then give notice to move by the end of feb 2015 she started to shout on me. I need advice on the following 1. She come and go into our house the way she wants. (When I come home on saturday our clothes were lying all over the house). she enter my privacy when I try to talk to her she shout she's allowed to enter.
2. She discuss issues between as with all her friend and neighbors
3. She have excuses why I can't get my deposit back (she drives into the gate my child left it open ) I agreed to fix it now she says I'm not allowed to fixed it anymore.
Please the way she keep on shouting on me is unexpected
