Goodday I wanted to enquire about a problem I'm currently having. I recently moved to a new (rented) property, when i first viewed it I saw that the owner of the house put up a live snakes sign but when I specially asked about the sign she said its just to ward of people. Later on after I give my notice to my landlord(one day before moving)i find out theres actual snakes on the property. Can I pursue any legal action against her as I had clearly stated that I cannot live in a house with the risk of snakes.
