Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

I sent an intimate image and a separate facial image to a random person I met online, we started communicating over whatsapp. This person acted like a female and sent intimate images and video. After I shared my image, I've been harassed to pay and since have had a fake facebook page of me created. I am terrified, getting calls and WhatsApps demanding payment, threats to send the pics to random people on Facebook and I got a call on my cell and house number from the same cell line. I don't know how my landline was called, but I saw the same number.

I am truly frightened, I have tried reporting on Facebook to no avail, this has been continuing for four weeks now.

I initially payed, I know I shouldn't have and now I'm just blocking any new contacts.

I really really want some help and am scared to openly share this mistake I have made. I am scared sick and don't want my family to get involved or harmed. What can I do?
