Question posted in the General Law category relating to Gauteng

I work at a call center.  I was removed off Calls pending investigation that “I hung up the phone on the customer”  I was told to go home because the client was coming to the office and I wasn’t supposed be there.  I did not sign any documentation stating that I’m on suspension.  This was September 2023. I called, texted my supervisor for feedback, o sent management emails but still didn’t get a response.  They later called me December 2023 offering a MSA (mutual settlement agreement) which I declined because they wanted to offer me 3 months pay. I suggested what I wanted and they never responded  I never heard from them since but they kept paying me till today.  Today September 2024 I didn’t receive my payment - I haven’t received any communication from them ever since our last communication in December 2023.  I called the office to ask what’s going on and they told me I went (Awal)  I haven’t received a call from these people nor an email.  I really need help
