Good day,
I hope this message finds you well. I recently received a summons to appear in court regarding the MTI matter, which has taken me by surprise.
To provide some context, I had no direct involvement with MTI beyond an initial R2,000 investment, based on an opportunity presented to me at the time. My father-in-law managed the account, and I neither withdrew nor benefited financially from the scheme. Now, I find myself facing a claim of over R120,000.
I would be grateful for any advice or guidance on how to proceed.
