Question posted in the Landlord Tenant Law category relating to Limpopo

I've been renting a commercial property for 8 years, and after some difficulties to pay two months of rent, not consecutive months, the property owner has instructed the landlord to disconnect the electricity supply to my company. We are also currently on a monthly renting contract and she gave us 30 day notice to be out of the building by 4th of November. The rent, water and electricity are behind with two months. Are they able to switch of the electricity supply and also give 30 day notice to a business that's been there for 8 years?
