Hello there, can my former employer withold my last salary and UIF documentation until I've done a exit medical after termination

I see that you haven't made a payment for the question, but I'm going to assist you a little. If you want to ask a follow-up question, please make the required payment, even if it is R150 or R200.
No, your employer can't do that. I don't actually know why you would need an exit medical examination after termination. That's very strange!
