I would like to ask how I can go about filing for child support towards my child's father who lives in the UK. For years he has been ignoring taking care of his child he forced me to have him when I was 19 and is not taking care of the child. if he won't be there physically and emotionally that's fine at least he should provide for his child accordingly he refuses to pay for the necessities the child needs and I have been doing so by myself for 3 years. He sends money when lever he feels like it and it's not enough. He is a high earning individual for sure but just because I'm on South Africa and he's in the UK he feels he can get away with that fact.

what can I do to file child support towards him.
